Pick your colleagues, let RSViP Online search their calendars for the best times, and confirm the one you want. No chasing availability by hand.

How it works

Pick your people
Create a team poll and choose colleagues from your own company. Mark each one as required or optional.
Find the best times
Set a date range and press “Find the best times”. RSViP Online searches everyone’s connected calendars and lists the best 5 times, or 10 on request, using free/busy status, existing meetings, working hours and time off. A required person who is busy rules a time out.
Invite guests
Add the suggested times to the poll in one click. Invite people outside your company by email: each gets a personal link and picks the times that suit them. Links can expire or be revoked.
Confirm the time
Everyone’s answers are combined and the best option is marked. You make the final call. Confirming re-checks every colleague’s calendar, and you must acknowledge any new conflict. The meeting is then booked, added to your colleagues’ calendars and confirmed to everyone by email.

A calendar search, not AI
The suggestions come from a deterministic calendar search: the same calendars always give the same answer. Calendar details stay on the server.
Unknown is never free
If a calendar cannot be read, that person counts as unknown for that time, never as free.
Guests’ calendars stay private
The calendars of people outside your company are never read. They only answer the times you offer.
You stay in control
Nothing is booked automatically. If you change a time after votes are in, the votes on that time are cleared and the people affected are told. A confirmed meeting can be cancelled, and everyone is notified.
