RSViP Online is online scheduling software. You create a booking page, connect your calendars and share a link. People choose a free time, and RSViP Online creates the meeting, adds it to your calendar and sends confirmations and reminders.

€10 per month, or €108 per year when billed annually, per person. There is one plan and every feature is included. If you charge for bookings, a 2% platform fee applies to those payments. Companies pay per licence: see the pricing page.

Yes. Every new individual account gets a 7-day free trial with every feature. Company licences have no trial: they are paid for before they activate.

Everything: unlimited meeting types and bookings, all calendar and video integrations, availability schedules, booking page themes, embeds, reminders, webhooks and Slack and Telegram notifications.

Yes. Set a price on any meeting type and guests pay through Stripe when they book. The money goes to your own Stripe account, in one of 13 currencies, and cancelling a paid booking refunds the guest in full or in part. Stripe’s standard processing fees apply, and RSViP Online takes a 2% platform fee on each successful paid booking.

Yes: 2% of each successful paid booking, on top of your subscription. Free bookings and failed payments carry no fee. Stripe’s processing fees are separate and are taken by Stripe from your own account. If you refund a booking, the platform fee is returned in proportion. On a €100 booking the platform fee is €2.

Yes. Create a company account, add your people and pay per licence: €10 per month or €108 per year for each employee, and €5 per month for each additional administrator. The administrator who sets the company up is free. You can add people one at a time or import them from a CSV file.

Yes. When someone leaves, give their licence to a colleague at no extra charge. Annual licences can go to a different person once 6 months have passed since they were first used (and again every 6 months after that); monthly licences can be moved at any time.

Yes. Your booking page can run on your own domain or on a subdomain such as booking.yourcompany.com, instead of a generic scheduling address.

Yes. Paying annually costs €108 a year, which is 10% less than paying monthly and works out at €9 a month.

Yes. RSViP Online works with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud, Microsoft Exchange and any CalDAV server, including Nextcloud, Radicale, Baïkal, Zimbra and mailbox.org. You can connect several calendars and conflicts are checked across all of them.

Yes. Every confirmation email contains a secure link your guest can use to pick a new time. No account is needed.

Yes, from the same secure link. You are notified and the event is removed from your calendar.

Yes. Choose between two designs, set your colours, add a colour, gradient, image or video background and write your own heading, greeting and instructions.

Yes. Embed your booking page inline, open it as a popup from a button, or add a floating booking button. You decide which websites are allowed to embed it.

Yes. Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom rooms are created automatically for each booking. Jitsi Meet, MiroTalk, kMeet, Nextcloud Talk and your own meeting link are supported too.

Yes. Add the places where you meet people, each with its own weekly hours. Guests choose online or in person when they book, and the address and directions appear in their confirmation email and calendar file.

The application is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Czech, Ukrainian and Arabic, and guests automatically see their own language. This website is available in English, Spanish, Dutch, French, German, Arabic and Portuguese.

Yes. Both this website and the application are available in Arabic, with a right-to-left layout.

RSViP Online is designed with privacy in mind: booking pages carry no third-party trackers or advertising pixels, and calendar and video credentials are encrypted at rest. Our privacy policy and data processing terms explain how personal data is handled.

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

The team scheduler helps a team find a meeting time that works for everyone. You choose colleagues from your company, RSViP Online lists the best times from their calendars, you invite any outside guests by email and you confirm the final time yourself. It is included with every plan; choosing colleagues needs a company account.
