For teams and companies

Create a company account, add your people and pay per licence. The administrator who sets the company up is free.

Employee licence, monthly: €10 per month
Employee licence, annual: €108 per year
Additional administrator: €5 per month
Primary administrator: Free

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where it applies.

Every licence includes the same features as the individual plan.
People get access once their licence is paid for. Adding or importing people does not buy licences.
Add people one at a time or import them from a CSV file.
When someone leaves, give their licence to a colleague at no extra charge. Annual licences can go to a different person after 6 months; monthly licences at any time.
Monthly and annual licences are invoiced separately, each on its own renewal date.
Company licences have no free trial. Someone with a personal subscription cancels it before joining a company.

Paid bookings: a 2% platform fee

Every feature is in the plan, paid bookings included. If you charge guests, RSViP Online takes a 2% platform fee on each successful paid booking. There is no setup charge and no extra monthly charge for it.

The fee applies only to successful paid bookings. Free bookings, and pending or failed payments, carry none.
Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. RSViP Online never holds your money.
Stripe’s own processing fees are separate and are taken by Stripe from your account.
If you refund a booking, the platform fee is returned in proportion to the refund.
Example: on a €100 booking the platform fee is €2.

Why one plan?

Many scheduling tools split features across tiers, so the reminder, the integration or the branding you need sits one plan higher. RSViP Online has one plan with everything in it, so the price you see is the price you pay.

How does the trial work?: You get 7 days with every feature. Choose monthly or annual billing to keep using RSViP Online after the trial.
How much do I save with annual billing?: Annual billing is €108 a year instead of 12 × €10, a saving of 10%, or €9 a month.
Can I cancel?: Yes. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What about VAT?: Prices are shown in euros. Any VAT that applies to you is shown before you pay.
Is there a fee on paid bookings?: Only if you charge guests. RSViP Online takes a 2% platform fee on each successful paid booking, on top of Stripe’s own processing fees.
